To help us further investigate technical issues, we may ask you to provide system files with detailed information about the system experiencing technical difficulties.
DxDiag (Windows DirectX diagnostic file. Will give information pertaining to the hardware in your PC and the driver details)
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file "dxdiag", choose Desktop and click Save.
MSInfo (Windows System Information file. Will give information on what programs you have installed, currently running, and error reporting)
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
- In the System Information window, click System Summary, File, then Export.
- Name the file "MSInfo", choose Desktop and click Save.
We can only accept files smaller than 10MB. If the saved file is too large to be attached to your ticket or submitted via email, the error section may be too large.
To reduce the file’s size:
- Open the saved MSInfo file.
- Press Ctrl + F and search for [Windows Error Reporting].
- Delete everything after the first ten lines of [Windows Error Reporting].
Note: You can press Ctrl+Shift+End to select the text between your cursor and the end of the document. - Save the file.

When creating a support ticket, click on Add Files or drag the files on to the browser window.
When replying to a ticket via email, attach the files like any other email attachment.
