All content that is covered by an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) cannot be shared in any form.
Sharing of NDA content may result in removal from accessing NDA content, removal from a Content Creator Program, or account closure, depending on the severity of the breach. Severity will be determined solely by Intrepid Studios.
All content that is not covered by an NDA can be freely shared with the public.
Here are some rules that you must follow when using Ashes of Creation and Intrepid Studios assets that are not covered under an NDA:
- Intrepid Studios' content must be limited to non-commercial purposes.
- At no time can any Intrepid Studios assets be offered behind a paywall. All content must be freely accessible.
- Any footage captured in-game can be used, but you must clearly attribute the footage to Intrepid Studios.
- When reusing Intrepid Studios livestream or video content, you must add your own additional commentary. Restreaming or reposting is not allowed.
- Intrepid Studios must be clearly credited.
- When reusing or reposting still image content, Intrepid Studios must be clearly credited.
- When using Intrepid Studios’ or their associated IP’s logos, they must not be altered.
