Under limited circumstances, Intrepid Studios may offer refunds or credits with regard to purchases you make in connection with Game Assets and microtransactions. You may submit a refund request directly to Intrepid Studios by contacting us via our customer support platform or the payment system. Intrepid Studios may determine, at its sole discretion, to honor a refund under the following conditions: (1) the refund is requested within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the item or Game Asset in question (“Purchased Asset”); (2) the Purchased Asset has not been consumed or used in any way, manner, or form prior to the issuance of any refund; and (3) the account must be in good standing with no violations to the Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, and by no means a limitation of the foregoing, any “Ember Packages” purchased as a Purchased Asset may not be refunded, nor subject to a pro-rated or partial refund if all or any portion of the Ember Package is used prior to the issuance of a refund.
