Account Migration Cosmetic Assistance

Shortly after the account migration in December 2018, some users were unable to purchase individual items or packages from the store. We are now offering assistance in purchasing these items and packages for impacted users.

• How do I know if I'm eligible?

  • If you owned a Kickstarter, Summer, Wayfarer, Expeditionary, Voyager, Voyager Plus, or Intrepid pack prior to December 18, 2018, you're eligible for assistance in purchasing:

    • The individual items from December 2018 and January 2019
    • The package upgrades from December 2018 and January 2019
  • If you had an Intrepid account prior to December 18, 2018, you're eligible for assistance in purchasing:
    • The packages from December 2018 and January 2019

• How can I purchase these cosmetic items?

  1. Open a support ticket here.

  • Under “What is your specific issue?”, select “Cosmetic Item Request”.

  • Include the following information under “Item Requests” field:

    • Names of any items you wish to purchase (you can find a list of the items here and here)

    • Remember, only Dec 2018 and Jan 2019 items were affected.

  Once you open your support ticket, we can help get these items purchased for you.
